Viewings

Are viewings available?

You can find viewing information on our Rentzap Home Report under the section named “In-Person Viewings”. Rentzap Home Reports for all available listings can be found on our website: https://www.rentzap.com/r/

How do I set up a viewing?

Call or text the contact number on the listing. We’ll text you and ask you a few questions to make sure you qualify to rent the home. Once approved we’ll send you viewing instructions via text.

How do I know if I qualify for a viewing?

We’ll ask you a few questions about your move-in date, income, past bankruptcies and evictions, and any pets you plan on bringing with you. If you qualify, we’ll text you back letting you know your viewing request has been accepted.

When can I view the home?

Viewings are available between 7:30am and 6:30pm every day.

How do I get in touch with the lister?

Once you have viewed the property, we will pass your feedback and info to the lister who may reach out to you directly.

The home I was interested in is no longer available. Do you have any others available?

You can find all of our available homes at https://www.rentzap.com/r/

I am unable to view the property in person. Can someone else view it for me?

To have someone view on your behalf, text us your ID, pass along our instructions to the viewer, and text us again once they've locked up – we'll collect your feedback and pass your info along to the lister.

How much does it cost to move in?

What appliances are included in the home?

Will my pets be allowed?

Applications

Where do I apply?

You can apply through the “Apply Now” link at the bottom of the Rentzap Home Report. If the Rentzap Home Report says “application unavailable”, that means the home has pending applications and the lister has stopped accepting new applications.

How do I know if I qualify?

Once you click “Apply Now” for the property you’re interested in, you will be taken to a page with the listers full rental criteria. Please read this criteria carefully as acceptance for a viewing does not guarantee qualification to rent.
