Rental Criteria

1. Income

  • Gross monthly income must be three (3) times the amount of the monthly rent.

2. Credit

  • A credit report will be processed on each applicant

  • Unpaid bankruptcies will not be accepted

3. Rental History

  • Rental history will be verified for each applicant.

  • Past evictions must be paid in full. We do not accept unpaid evictions.

  • Past judgements must be paid in full. We do not accept unpaid judgements.

4. Pet Qualifications & Rules

  • All pets are subject to owner approval.

  • Aggressive breed dogs will not be accepted.

5. Vouchers

  • Section 8 vouchers will NOT be accepted

Application Instructions

A rental application must be signed and processed on all prospective occupants 18 years of age or older. The application fee is $40 per applicant. Applications must be submitted one of the following ways:

  • Mail completed applications to our office: 2010 W Parkside Ln Suite 106, Phoenix, AZ 85027

  • Submit applications in person at our office: 2010 W Parkside Ln Suite 106, Phoenix, AZ 85027

The $40 application fee must be paid in the form of a money order made payable to Peace Properties. The $40 application fee must be submitted one of the following ways:

  • Submit your $40 money order in person at our office: 2010 W Parkside Ln Suite 106, Phoenix, AZ 85027
